I’ve always been a taco lover, it started with the fast-food variety, obviously not at the pinnacle of cuisine but it didn’t matter, I loved it, still do! Taco Bell (Canada), you’ll always have a special place in my stomach 🙂
When I first saw fish tacos on a menu, at an upscale restaurant, I thought, how strange, why would anyone put a fish in a taco?? Made no sense! Obviously my food knowledge was limited but I was intrigued. Over the last few years I’ve tried them at several different places and have loved them all! If you bother to look around the web on this topic you’ll see that the ‘fish taco’ has been around for a long, long time. If you’ve never had one, try one, you’ll be hooked.
To date, I’ve had ground beef tacos, steak tacos, chicken tacos and fish tacos but I think I’ll stay away from these tacos.
