Day #2 – 10 Days to a Better Blog
For today’s challenge we are asked to question WHY we write or more specifically in my case, blog. A good question to be sure and not one I’ve ever sat down and thought about… until now. The ideas below are sticking to the same theme as my tagline, modified slightly to a collection of random ideas:
- Become a better writer
- Something to look back on
- Share ideas
- And to be completely honest… I enjoy it
Several years ago, I was riding around, visiting job sites with a senior leader at my work. At one point during our conversation he asked me ‘why?’. I don’t remember what the topic was but I gave him an answer to which he again asked ‘why?’. He continued with this until he asked me ‘why’ five times and finally got to the root of the problem. That was a stressful conversation.
