Journey to Wellness


The journey to wellness is full of pot holes, potato chips and mind-numbing reality TV…

I recently turned fifty and with that came an uncontrollable urge to look after myself – eat better, exercise my body and mind.

Being reasonably active with spinning, soccer and cycling as part of my regular routine, I’m left with eating better and exercising my mind.

As the new year approaches, I’ll be looking to take some steps on this journey to wellness. Having a good start on exercising; concentrating on healthy eating and exercising my mind is the next step.
